Debarghya Mukherjee
About MeI am an assistant professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Boston University. Previously, I was a post-doctoral researcher at Princeton, ORFE working with Prof. Jianqing Fan and before that I obtained my Ph.D. from the Department of Statistics at University of Michigan, where I was jointly advised by Prof. Moulinath Banerjee and Prof. Ya'acov Ritov. I did my Bachelors and Masters in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Here is a current copy of my CV. My primary research interests include the asymptotic theory of high dimensional statistics, theoretical analysis of non-standard asymptotics, and application of statistical methods in machine learning (e.g. in Fairness and optimal transport).
